Spin Welding Machine

Spin Welding Machine Spin Welding is a technique used for welding cylindrical parts made from Recyclable Thermoplastics (Amorphous and Semi-Crystalline). The welding takes place due to Mechanical friction and hence there is no need of any adhesive or filler. It is a clean process and does not generate any fumes and wastes. It is a Consistent, Repetitive and High Productivity Technique. The joints achieved have very high Mechanical Strength and Integrity.

IMECO Spin Welders are state-of-the art precision machines. They combine the highest level of angular as well as linear travel accuracies with rigid and rugged construction. This helps to achieve very strong, consistent and aesthetically clean (flash less) joints. The High-end features of Preci-Spin enable the user to customize the Weld Cycle Parameters like Time, Speed and Pressure in Three or Five combination steps. This makes the machine extremely unique and versatile, practically capable to handle any welding application.
