In this machine turbine blade is properly positioned on the fixture. The generator generates and gives high frequency supply to the Transducer.

The transducer generates the Ultrasonic vibrations, which through the amplifier is provided to the shot penning Tool. The shots are placed at the tip of the tool, in the fixture and the shot penning process is carried out at precisely desired locations. This gives the necessary strain hardening effect.
