Manufacturing Infrastructure

IMECO works is located at Pune, which is about 180 kms from the city of Mumbai (Bombay) in the state of Maharashtra, which is industrially the most developed state in India. IMECO has ample built-up factory premises & utilities like Power Supply, Water etc. All the facilities and equipment, required for operations like Machining, Fabrication, Ultrasonic Generator / Transducers manufacturing, Frequency measurement, Assembly of mechanical structures, electronics / electrical assemblies and testing are available.

We have a Computer Aided Design and Drawing Department working on Windows NT. We generate all our designs, drawings and Bills of Materials on AutoCAD.

We, at IMECO have a well-developed vendors network for various services like fabrication (SS and MS), machining, PCB manufacturing, wave soldering and other activities. Hence, we built a machine from conceptualisation to completion in a very short time.

Quality, Ruggedness & User Friendliness are the important considerations followed by us, while building any equipment.
